Q. I have my own in-house workshop with 12 full time technicians, how would you assist me in contracting this facility out as it's is not core to our business?

A. This is an area where we have a wealth of experience, we would look at taking over the liability of the premises and transfer the staff across to our employment under the TUPE regulations. If the premises lends itself to allowing retail repairs then we would be able to provide an income stream back to our customer or offer an attractive rent for the premises. On certain ventures we can purchase the premises or source our own premises nearby which will free up the current facility.
